Terms of Service & Master Service Agreement

1. Provision of Cloud VPS Services
NodexVPS Cloud Infrastructure Ltd. (“NodexVPS”) agrees to provide cloud virtual private server (VPS) hosting, network connectivity, and bare-metal compute resources in accordance with the specifications selected during order placement. Services are governed by our financial 99.99% Uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA).
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Customers agree not to utilize NodexVPS infrastructure for outbound denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, unauthorized network vulnerability scanning, unsolicited commercial email (spam), cryptocurrency mining on burstable shared CPU tiers, or any activities in violation of local and international laws.
3. Resource Allocation & Hardware Guarantees
Dedicated AMD EPYC instances guarantee 100% reserved hardware threads without noisy neighbor contention. Burstable tiers allow flexible peak compute utilization. Storage is provided on enterprise PCIe Gen4 NVMe arrays with automated RAID-10 redundancy.
4. Billing, Renewals, and Cancellations
All plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in United States Dollars (USD). There are no cancellation fees, lock-in contracts, or surprise bandwidth egress charges within your plan's allocated monthly data transfer limit.
