NodexVPS Cloud Infrastructure Ltd. is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its clients. We do not sell, rent, or monetize client personal information under any circumstances.
2. Information Collected
We collect minimal information necessary to deliver and bill hosting infrastructure: account contact information (name, email), billing address, and server network logs required for automated DDoS mitigation and abuse prevention.
3. Customer Virtual Machine Privacy
NodexVPS employs zero-knowledge virtualization isolation. We cannot and do not inspect the contents of your encrypted NVMe storage volumes or virtual machine memory without lawful judicial order.
